SQUATS

SQUATS 

  is an exercise which strengthens the entire lower

body from the waist down. They can be performed anywhere with no equipment. Squats build muscle , burn fat , increase strength and hip mobility.

The exercise starts from a standing position .The movement is then initiated by slowly moving the hips backward and bending the knees and hips to lower the torso and then slowly returning to the upright position

 





 

 

 

 

 

ELBOW PLANKS:- is a strength exercise used to strengthen the abdominal muscles, back muscles and shoulder muscles. To perform the exercise:

 

Lie face down placing your forearms on the ground at shoulder width.




BURPEES:- is an aerobic exercise which works the entire body. It is performed in four movements.

 

Begin in a standing position

 

Move into a squat position with your hands on the ground

Kick your feet back while keeping your arms extended

 

Return your feet into squat position

 

Stand up from the squat position

 

Those five movements together equals one burpee:
